Every step of the process far exceeded expectations with these guys. It was important that they showed up on time to unload the truck because I had to catch a flight. They showed up early, ready to go, were friendly and professional. Most important, they were super careful about handling my furniture and didn't scratch a thing. Ben, Tim, and Albert were AMAZING in helping us with the craziness (due to no fault of their own) that ended up happening in our in-town move. After our HORRIBLE experience with the movers we used in Wichita Falls, I had very low expectations arriving in Midland. The woman I first spoke with her name is Valerie, was the nicest and most understanding! She answered all my questions and made it easy to move forward in my move. Best experience I could have had with movers! I had them pack my apartment and move it to a house. All this happened in town. When circumstances beyond my control made me have to change the move in date they worked hard to accommodate me. They were professional, timely and friendly. They took great care of my belongings and even indulged my 20 month old who decided he needed to help them. I have used other movers and these guys hands down are the best. They are also very reasonably priced.

West Texas Master Movers moved my entire house from north Midland to south Midland today and this company is amazing. I have not one complaint. These guys hustle, they are very polite and considerate because moving is very stressful altogether.
West Texas Master Movers also will disassemble furniture from location site and reassemble all furniture at the destination location quickly. The best part was they made sure all furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it and helped arrange furniture precisely where I wanted it placed.
I am grateful we found Josh and his team to alleviate the stress of moving. Every penny I spent with West Texas Master Movers was well worth it.

The team at West Texas Master Movers accepted a last minute truck unload at my office, arrived when they said they would, and went right to work. We were unloaded within a few hours, to include the time they spent arranging the office furniture and then putting it together. I would highly recommend this crew if you are in need of this type of service! They even cleaned out the cargo area of the truck once the furniture was unloaded to save me the trouble of having to do it myself. Top marks for their dedicated customer service!

I messaged Josh at 11pm the night before my scheduled move (after my original moving plans fell thru) not expecting a response at that hour, but he responded within minutes and told me he could move me the next day at 4pm. He stayed in constant contact and updated me every step of the day with his other moves. Even when one of his jobs ran longer than expected he STILL CAME to move me. Very quick response in planning the move. On time. Very personable & caring.
They moved an entire household from storage into our new house (both in Lubbock) and assembled a large, heavy bed frame & adjustable base & mattress.
Everything was perfect: nothing broken, nothing missing, nothing messed up at all!
All 3 men respected us, our belongings, and each other very much. They were kind & caring and I didn’t hear any foul language. I highly recommend West Texas Master Movers & will definitely use them again if I’m in need of movers!

I need to say that when I wrote my initial review, I was beyond exhaustion and stressed. These men were actually saving me at a last minutes notice when the ones who were going to move me skipped out.
They drove from a town 2 hours away to help me and they did an excellent and efficient job. They were polite and friendly and got straight to work even saving me money by letting me and my dog ride with them to my new place.
If you saw my initial review please in all fairness to them note that I did not mention to him any misgivings or misunderstanding had occurred. I simply came here and took out my feelings in my review not even giving him a chance to make things right or explain.
He contacted me this morning being kind and in a professional manner ask what he could do to make things right. He did refund money to me, a price we agreed upon.
This man and company have completely restored my faith in humanity! Because he cared enough to reach out to me and work things out professionally and as adults I would absolutely reccomend him to anyone and everyone!! I believe he proved himself to be an honest and caring individual who will go above and beyond to satisfy his customers.
I do hope that he accepts my sincere apologies for everything.
